Service Policies
Retainer Policy
To reserve your event date, 50% of the total Service Fee must be received along with your completed On-Site Service Contract. This retainer fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the event date or earlier. Payment Plans may be available.
Changes can be considered in the contract up to 31 days prior to the event. We allot a certain amount of time per the number of people you have indicated on your Contract upon signing. If you wish to add more people, please contact us no later than 31 days prior to the event so that we may consider the additional services. These changes are subject to Artist approval and are never guaranteed. The Retainer Policy will still apply for any changes made to the contract.

Payment Policy
Payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, or cash. We apologize, but we do not accept checks.

Cancellation Policy
You may choose to cancel your services at any time. However, the retainer fee is non-refundable.
In the event of sickness, accident, or events beyond control rendering Miracle Amor Artistry unavailable, efforts will be made to assist you in making other arrangements, and your retainer fee will be returned.
